About

It was a delight to have Luke Webb represent us in looking for our next family home. He was honest in his feedback and very responsive to our calls, emails, and questions. His knowledge of the local housing market was top-notch. He conducted research, provided a careful review, and offered sound, educated, and intelligent advice to help us make an informed decision. Luke made the difficult process of purchasing a new home very smooth and seamless. The best deals are when all parties involved feel that they got what they wanted, and Luke was able to negotiate a fantastic price for us with the sellers, to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Mr. Luke Webb is an extremely professional realtor. He helps you get the best deal and is with you for every step of the process. There is 100% honesty with every transaction, which gives a great working relationship. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Florida!

Well, what can we say about a realtor that have it all! Honest, good negotiator, fair, committed, moral principles, integrity, and the list goes on and one he help us twice, the first time we lost the property for a better "cash" full price offer! The second time we closed the deal on the third day, the property was son the market! Luke Webb took our hand and helped us to cross the street! Literally! he helped us with referrals, not only a referral, he directed us to an honest title company that did not charge us absurd money for the title insurance, he referred us to a lawyer friend, who is now our family lawyer. Luke Webb doesn't play games! like ...

My wife and I were extremely interested in living in the Vero Beach area after five years of visiting Vero Beach in our boat. We spoke with several realtors because we did not know the residential areas well. Luke Webb provided us with incredible information about various neighborhoods, the pros and cons of each, and detail after detail about taxes, insurance, flood zones, and schools. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, timely response to questions, and huge smile made him an easy choice for us. We felt as though Luke had our back throughout the entire house-buying experience, from house showings to offers and counteroffers, and house inspections....

I can't overstate how friendly, accommodating, and professional Luke was when we bought and then sold our condominium at John's Island. I can honestly say that he has become our friend. We strongly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell in John's Island, or beyond in Vero Beach.

My wife and I teamed up with Luke to sell our ocean view condo at JI. Having made several real estate transactions over the years, I can honestly say that this was our single most enjoyable and stress-free experience. From listing the property to client showings to preparing for settlement, Luke was there to assist us with every detail in a true white-glove fashion. Because we were not in town when many of the logistical details needed attention, Luke was always available to assist with almost anything and do it in the nicest and kindest way possible. For anyone interested in buying or selling at JI, we highly recommend this team for the most stress...

Just a note to say what a wonderful experience I had listing my condo with Luke. I had first listed it with Susie, and she sadly passed away. Luke jumped in and took over immediately, and I could not have been more pleased with him. Luke answered his phone every time I called, and that meant a lot to me. Luke also kept in touch with me on the showings of the condo and how everything was going on their end. The condo sold, and he advised me on who to get for a lawyer, and the closing went very smoothly. Luke was so kind to arrange to take my cable boxes back for me and sent me the receipt. He handled everything on his end, and I didn’t have to make a...

Luke Webb was an excellent agent for our recent home purchase on Johns Island. Being from out of town, the whole process was made easy and efficient, a great fit for us. He really seemed to pick up quickly what was important to us and the particulars of what we were looking for in a home, not wasting our time. Even now, we have an ongoing relationship; he has become a useful resource for questions that come up as we settle into this community, and that has proved invaluable. We highly recommend.

I feel that I did not have the opportunity yesterday to convey my absolute JOY over this offer. It is truly incredible, and I mean it when I say it wouldn’t have happened without you, Luke. You got me focused and motivated, provided great help and guidance, and sources to get it pulled together. I know it isn’t done, but - wow! - What a great (hopeful) outcome.
